2. Consultation or Site Visit
We follow up to gather details and determine the appropriate next conversation or site visit.
3. Review the Scope & Estimate
We review the proposed scope, pricing, responsibilities, and included work with you before construction begins.
4. Scheduling & Preparation
We coordinate timing, materials, trade contractors, and next steps, noting that schedules can vary based on project requirements, material availability, inspections, weather, and approved changes.
5. Construction & Communication
Your project manager coordinates trade contractors, materials, daily progress, questions, and the agreed scope to keep the work and communication moving.
6. Final Walkthrough
We review the completed work with you and identify any remaining agreed items before closeout.
